- We press it. Hand-pulled screens and clean embroidery, checked piece by piece.
- Shipped to you. We pack and ship your order right to your door.

What file formats do you accept for artwork?
PNG, JPG, SVG, and PDF all work — vector files (SVG or PDF) print the cleanest at large sizes. Upload up to 20MB per file when you place your order, or send it with your quote request.
Do I get to see a proof before you print?
Always. We email a digital proof for every custom order, and nothing goes on the press until you approve it. If something looks off, tell us and we’ll get it right before printing — no charge for reasonable revisions at the proof stage.
How long does shipping take?
In-stock retail orders typically ship in 3–7 business days. Custom and bulk orders ship on the timeline quoted with your proof, since press time depends on order size and our current queue.
Can I pick up my order locally instead of paying for shipping?
Not at checkout yet. For team and custom orders, pickup can sometimes be arranged directly with our print shop — just ask when we confirm your order. Retail orders ship to your door.
What’s your return policy?
Unworn, unwashed retail items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom and personalized orders — anything printed to your design or spec — are final sale unless we made an error filling it. Full details are on our return policy page.
Can you set up a store for my team, school, or company?
