• In-stock retail items typically leave the shop within 3–7 business days.
• Custom orders print after your approved proof; timelines are quoted with the proof.
• Pickup isn’t offered at checkout yet — for team and custom orders it can often be arranged directly with our print shop, just ask when we confirm your order. Retail orders ship to your door.

Returns

• Retail items: returnable within 30 days — unworn, unwashed — for exchange or refund.
• Custom-printed items: final sale, unless we made the error. If your print doesn’t match the approved proof, we make it right at no cost.
