Tell us about your group or your order and a person replies, usually the same business day. We're a family business in Lafayette, Louisiana, and we ship anywhere in the U.S.

What happens after you hit send

1. You hear back within one business day — a real number, or the two or three questions we need answered to get you one.
2. You get a proof. A mockup of your art on the exact garment and color. Nothing is made until you approve it.
3. Then it's made and shipped. Plan on two to four weeks from proof approval, depending on the job and the season.

No commitment until you approve the proof, and no upfront cost to open a club store.

For the fastest quote, include

• Roughly how many pieces, and what garment (tee, hoodie, polo, cap…)
• How many colors in the design, and a link to or description of your artwork
• When you need it in hand
• The group's name and what it's for

Who answers

One of the Choplins — usually Jason. We're the people who build the store, send the proofs, and take the call when something's wrong. Common questions are already answered on the FAQ; shipping and returns are spelled out here.
