A Acadiana Made team store is a short-run shop we open for one team, school, club, or crew. You pick the gear, families order their own sizes and pay for their own stuff, and we print the run when the window closes. No spreadsheets, no envelopes of cash, no chasing sizes at practice.

Tell us who you're outfitting: the school or club, the sport or group, and roughly how many people. One short form, no account needed.

We set you up
A real person reads every application. If it's a fit, we create your team store, switch your account to coach access, and load the gear you can offer.

Build your roster and pick your gear
Add athletes by hand, import a CSV of names and sizes, or share your join code and let families add themselves. Then choose the bodies and colors your store will show.

Share one link
Families open your store, pick their own sizes, and pay for their own gear. When your order window closes, we print the run.

A roster you control
Add athletes yourself, import a CSV of names and sizes, or let families fill it in. A missing-size tracker shows who's still incomplete.

Join codes for families
Every team gets a code. A parent enters it once and can add every athlete in the house in one pass.

Gear you choose
Pick from the team-ready catalog — the bodies and colors we can print for a group run. Your store shows only what you picked.

Real order windows
Set a start and end date. The store counts down from your actual dates and then closes itself. No evergreen timers, ever.

Fill a cart from the roster
Size-run and roster fill let a coach or a parent build an order without retyping every size.

Order tracking
See the recent orders placed through your store from your coach dashboard, so you know where the run stands before it goes to press.

Artwork library
Upload your logo once and attach it to the team, instead of emailing the same file every season.

Season rollover
Roll the team into a new season and archive the old one. Roster and settings carry over.

Before you apply
Does it cost anything to start?
No. Applying is free and opening a store costs nothing. Families buy and pay for their own gear at checkout, so you're not fronting money or collecting cash at practice. Pricing for your specific gear is set with you when we build the store.
Who can start one?
Coaches, booster clubs, schools, clubs, and event organizers. You don't have to be a school — rec leagues, dance and cheer programs, church groups, and workplace crews run the same way.
Can we pick up instead of shipping?
Not at checkout yet. For team and custom orders, pickup can often be arranged directly with our print shop — just ask when we confirm your order. Retail orders ship.
Can a parent with kids on two teams use one account?
Yes. One account can join more than one team using each team's code. Every store keeps its own roster, its own gear, and its own order window.
