Why we built this

We've run the old kind of team order ourselves: a size spreadsheet that's never quite finished, payment requests that go unanswered, one parent covering the gap, and a box of shirts with four wrong sizes and nobody to call. The design was the fun part. Everything after it was a second job nobody signed up for. A club store moves that second job to us.

What you get

• A store with your name on it. Your logo, your colors, your items — anywhere from three products to a full line of tees, hoodies, polos, caps, and bags.
• Everyone pays for themselves. Parents, players, members, and staff pick their size and check out with a card. No spreadsheet, no cash envelope, no chasing.
• Optional name & number. Add a player name, number, or title to any item for a set fee per piece.
• Optional fundraising. Build a share for your group into each item's price and we send your group its share every month, with a line-by-line statement.
• Shipped, your way. To each buyer's home, or bulk to your organizer with every order bagged and labeled by name.

How it works

1. Tell us about the group. Who it's for, roughly how many people, what items you want, and when you need it in hand. Start here — a person replies, usually the same business day.
2. We build the store. We mock up your art on each item, you approve the proofs and prices, and it opens. Most stores are ready within a few business days of art approval. Stores stay open year-round — new members, new hires, and new seasons just order when they need to.
3. You share the link. Group text, team app, church bulletin, booster email — the store does the rest.
4. Orders come in, we make them. Every piece is made to order — plan on two to four weeks. Want everyone's gear to arrive together before a season? Set a close date and we produce that batch in one run.
5. It ships. To each buyer, or bulk to you sorted by name. Reorders next season use the same store, same art, same prices.

How pricing works

Every item's price is built from three parts: the blank, the decoration, and your group's share. You see all three before the store opens, and your share is printed on your store page so buyers know where the money goes. We don't run discounts or fake sales — the price is the price, and it's the same price on the last day of the season as the first.

Is there a minimum?

Stores work best with a group of about 12 or more. Below that, a direct custom order is usually cheaper and faster — we'll tell you which one makes sense.

How long is the store open?

As long as you want it — stores stay open year-round. If you'd rather everything arrive together before a season, we'll set a close date and produce that batch in one run; the store stays open afterward.

Can people order after a close date?

Yes — later orders just ship on their own schedule instead of with the batch.

Who handles returns?

Every piece is made to order, so we can't take back a shirt because someone picked the wrong size. If we got something wrong — wrong item, wrong print, a defect — we remake it or refund it at no charge. Our size guide is on every product page for exactly this reason; when in doubt, size up.

Can we sell it as a fundraiser?

Yes — build a share for your group into the store's prices, add kits built to raise money, or both.

What won't you print?

Licensed marks — school, university, pro-team — without the owner's permission. If you're the school or the booster club, that's usually a quick yes and we'll help you ask. Artwork you don't own. Anything hateful. And we won't promise a date we can't hit: rush jobs under ten business days aren't something we take on.
