Screen printing

Best for: bold designs, one to a few colors, and quantities from a dozen up. Team and league shirts, school and event tees, business and crawfish-boil merch, anything you need a lot of.

• Durable by design. Ink is pushed into the fabric and cured, so the print flexes and washes with the shirt instead of sitting on top of it and cracking.
• Price drops with quantity. Most of the cost of a screen-printed job is setup — the screens and press time. Ordering 48 instead of 24 usually costs far less per shirt, and one-color art costs less than three-color art.
• Any garment we can lay flat. Tees, long sleeves, hoodies, crewnecks, tanks, tote bags, and more, in youth through 4XL from the major U.S. blank suppliers — Bella+Canvas, Comfort Colors, Gildan, Next Level, and others.

Embroidery

Best for: polos, caps, jackets, quarter-zips, bags — anything where you want a logo that looks like it belongs on the garment and lasts for years.

• Digitized once, stitched forever. We convert your logo into a stitch file once; from then on every polo and cap comes out identical, order after order.
• Left chest, cap front, sleeve, back yoke. Standard placements are quick to quote; unusual placements are worth a conversation.
• Small runs welcome. Embroidery has no screens to burn, so a handful of polos for the front office is a perfectly reasonable order.

What it costs

Every quote depends on three things: how many, how many ink colors or stitches, and which garment. Tell us those and we'll send a real number, usually within one business day. Quotes include the blank, the decoration, and setup — no surprise fees later, and no discounts or fake sales either. The price is the price.

Turnaround

Plan on two to four weeks from proof approval, depending on the job and the season. Tell us your need-by date up front and we'll tell you honestly whether it's doable — rush jobs under ten business days aren't something we take on. Production starts when your proof is approved, so the fastest way to hit a date is to answer the proof email quickly.

Artwork

• Best: vector files (.ai, .eps, .svg, .pdf).
• Fine: a high-resolution .png or .jpg — 300 dpi at the size you want it printed.
• Still fine: a photo of last year's shirt or a sketch on paper. We can redraw and clean up art; we'll tell you if there's a charge before we start.

Licensed marks (school and university logos, pro sports, brands) need permission from the owner. If you're the school or the booster club, that's usually a quick yes — we'll walk you through it. We don't print artwork you don't own, and we don't print anything hateful.

If something goes wrong

Custom pieces are made to order, so they can't be returned for size or change of mind — that's why every job gets a proof. If we got it wrong — wrong item, wrong print, a defect — email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we remake it or refund it, whichever is faster for you, at no cost.
