Questions groups ask

Is there a minimum?

Club stores work best with about twelve or more people. Embroidery has no minimum, and screen printing runs from about twelve pieces.

How long is the store open?

Always. Your group's store never closes, so new members, late joiners and grandparents can order whenever they like.

Who handles returns?

Everything is made to order, so we can't take a piece back just because someone changed their mind. If the mistake is ours — wrong item, print error, damaged in transit — we fix it free.

Can our group earn on sales?

Yes. A share for your group is built into the price of each item. We show you the math for every piece before anything is published, so there are no surprises.

Can we add names and numbers?

Yes. Names and numbers can be added to individual pieces for a per-piece fee.
